EXCHANGE & RETURN

At Boutique Wendy, you will be able to exchange your products with bigger or smaller sizes, or with another product. In the unfortunate case that you receive a faulty product, then you would also be able to refund it.

You can also take a picture of the item and email it to hello@boutiquewendy.com or through WhatsApp on +9613582866 within a period of 48 hours after delivery. Our customer service team will be more than happy to assist you in the return and exchange process.

Please note that items you want to exchange or refund must not be used nor reduced in value. Make sure that your goods are returned and wrapped in their original packaging, and that they have not been damaged in any way.

In the unlikely event that a purchased item is out of stock or no longer available, a refund or store credit will be offered to the buyer for the same value purchased. The refund will be made to the original mode of payment.
